Hi, I'm Jaclyn! 👋🏻
I am interested in putting large collections of high-throughput biological data to work in service of better understanding human disease and rare diseases in particular.
I am the Director of the Childhood Cancer Data Lab of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, where I previously served as Principal Data Scientist.
Before that, I did my PhD work in the Whitfield Lab at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and my postdoctoral studies in the Greene Lab at the University of Pennsylvania.
